What Part of Hebrews 9:27 Can't the Roman Catholic Understand?

Image
There's always the problem of Roman Catholics who are actually saying masses for the eternal repose of the souls of people.  Some of them actually claim that their late friends and relatives are in "Purgatory" suffering and are in need of masses so they won't fall into Hell and enter into Heaven.  They claim that Hebrews 9:27 does not dismiss Purgatory while it really does.  So how does Hebrews 9:27 actually throw Purgatory out of the window because it's a lie?  Simple... they have died and yet they claim the people need more masses to enter Heaven and not to fall into Hell.  But the Bible is clear ONCE DEAD, THEY ARE PASSED TO JUDGMENT FOREVER.  Those who die in Christ are going to Heaven, everybody else is going to Hell.  In fact Jesus warned in John 14:6 is that He is the ONLY Way.  Problem is the world hates that kind of preaching! Here's the reality- this is really nothing more than forgiveness for sale.  Anthony Pezzotta had this to say,   "I

Being a Disciple of Jesus and Discipline

Hebrews 12:5-6 is clear stating that God spanks every child of His and if He does not, then they were outsiders and not sons.  But they are now children of God.  One thing must be made clear- Christians are the TRUE disciples of Christ in contrast to Judas Iscariot who was a false disciple.  Disciple means follower. Here's what Pastor Ruben L. Lumagbas Jr. says, "You cannot have discipleship without discipline."  That's why God disciplines the believer because they are disciples.  Notice the letters: DISCIPLE DISCIPL IN E Yup you get the letters of disciple and discipline.  In fact, those who are in Christ are forever His and under His command and His life changing power.  However I do have to doubt if anybody claims to possess eternal security yet are sinning all they please or living a life very contrary to Scriptures without any chastising, you got to start wondering if they were saved.  Surely Lot, Samson and Solomon didn't give their all but they had

What Does Turn from Sin to be Saved Mean?

There is the controversy today of what "turn from sin" means which can range from the Lordship salvation view to the quasi-easy believist to the actual easy believist. To be honest the term "turn from sin" has caused some wrong labels on even fundamental Baptist preachers like Lester Roloff, John R. Rice and Charles Spurgeon who some Independent Baptists support. So far the Independent Fundamental Baptist site called "Repentance Blacklist" has unfairly blacklisted certain preachers for teaching "works salvation" when they don't. However while some quasi-easy believists appeal to Jack Hyles who was more of a quasi-opponent of Lordship salvation than a real opponent, he however supported Lester Roloff. So far I've even met some so-called opponents of Lordship salvation to actually be supporters of Charles Spurgeon and his sermon "Turn or Burn" or to Harry Allen Ironside to who can be misquoted by hyper-Lordship groups and e

The "Admit You are a Sinner" and "Repent of Your Sins" Terminology Battle

While I dismiss easy believism as a very serious heresy because I really can't see any reason why anybody should get saved and never get a change in their lives (and for stressing this, I do sometimes get labeled as a works salvationist).  For one, let me stress this out that admitting you are a sinner is equal to repent of your sins, sometimes the semantics just got confused.  For one, repentance if defined is metanoneia or a "change of mind".  The dictionary defines repentance as changing one's mind and feeling regret or contrition.  Regret is not automatically repentance but it definitely is part of repentance.  It's really something I was already put in the "beware of these preachers" list as well.  One I admit God repents which He changes His mind.  In the case of lost sinners, except they change their mind about their sin or are willing to turn from it, it becomes an issue that because of that they either just pretend to get saved or the more obvi

The So-Called "Kingdom of Jesus Christ"

One of the biggest accusations I got in the past that I was supporting the ministry of Apollo C. Quiboloy who registered his organization as "The Kingdom of Jesus Christ: The Name Above Every Name".  Contrary to the name he has given his organization, it is more like "The Kingdom of Apollo Quiboloy" which was founded on September 1, 1985.  Beware of this cult, it is not as Christian as it sounds! Pastor Apollo Quiboloy is a dangerous wolf in sheep's clothing that teaches these bizarre doctrines which was dug up by Christian Apologetics Research Ministry: It is a Oneness Pentecostal movement, non-Trinitarian movement.  It denies the Trinity with the Oneness heresy. Prosperity theology is another.  The prosperity theology is wicked through and through and has deceived people into giving more than they could in exchange for a guarantee of "it's going to be okay".  Like Joel Osteen, this guy is dangerous especially to think he makes a qui

So-Called Opponents of Lordship Salvation Easy Believist?

It's been some time since I have begun to think of the Lordship controversy and how it's been erroneously used by the conditional security crowd leading to one battle after the other. It's something to lump the wrong people together. For one, there are people who claim to be "so-called" opponents of Lordship salvation but in reality can't even be easy believists or Arminians for these reasons: 1.) They are not Antinomian. They believe like I do that salvation is a life changing process that changes lives and that a believer doesn't have the permission to sin. 2.) They believe Christ is Lord and Savior. Yup they believe submission to Christ is not optional but a result of one's salvation. Though some Baptist preachers claimed to be easy believists but they don't preach the easy 1-2-3 Gospel and teach sin must be dealt with. They preach Christ as Lord indeed. 3.) They believe repentance is necessary for salvation and that un

Booze and Ministry DO NOT Mix at All

It has practically disturbed me to realize how one "Baptist" church I knew aside from its non-biblical stand for elder led governance has also done what is also incredibly absurd to the bone- that is mixing booze with the ministry. I really was newly saved and when I thought they were Christians, I really got really convicted by the Holy Spirit that nobody who is truly saved can think of that kind of activity is ever okay. Reading 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 we realize that the drunken behavior is one of the best evidences that nobody is saved especially if it's habitual. A Christian may make the mistake of getting drunk BUT habitual drunken behavior without any chastising from God is clear proof that nobody is saved. Booze and ministries can again result to another false conversion which I wished Pastor Ray Comfort also mentioned that in his two most compelling videos "Hell's Best Kept Secret" and "True and False Conversion". Also remembering PastorR

Catholic World Youth Day 2013

Well Pope Francis the first Pope to come from the Jesuit Order (but he was more or less a lesser Jesuit) will carry the retired Benedict XVI's theme of "Go and make disciples of all peoples."  It is held in Brazil from July 23 up to July 28 this year.   Yup this is another reason why I have boycotted Rick Warren after he has openly admitted that he is actually a Jesuit agent proving I don't need to belabor exposing Jesuit agents one by one on this site, they really expose themselves by their actions.  Even his book "Purpose Driven Life" was already questionable to why on Earth would he use Mother Theresa and the Benedictine monks as examples.  Reading John F. Macarthur's book "Fool's Gold", I can agree with what the book really said after examining it myself cover to cover.  Rick Warren is an apostate Baptist, no further exposing needed, he had just exposed himself via  his Twitter account.  Even his previous tweet about asking his

So Much for "Spirituality" in the Jesuit Academies!

Image
To counteract the multiple times the Jesuit priests have tried to counter the Reformation in the modern day, it's quite important to really bring how the whole Jesuit academic system has actually become a failure in spirituality despite the name "spirituality" in Ignatian Spirituality which turned out to be good only in paper. As far as concerned, here are some of my observation about some Jesuit academies though I would not say all of their students are degenerate: They usually end up being the most expensive schools. You might want to think of how the names of Jesuit schools are frequently tagged to rich families. That is if you attend a Jesuit ran school, you must be very prestigious. It's also very easy to tag a person studying in a Jesuit school to be a prestigious person. This was one reason why I remembered some girls in my high school days (who weren't saved) decided to start dating boys from the Jesuit schools to secure "better partners tha

Online Indulgences?

Image
Well certainly the Dark Ages is over BUT that doesn't mean the scam of Purgatory is over until God says it's over.  For one my Evangelical brother-in-Christ, Gerry Soliman who has been berated and persecuted by many online now shares this rather disturbing information about  Pope Francis' Twitter  which is the same excerpt that Bro. Gerry had used: In its latest attempt to keep up with the times the Vatican has married one of its oldest traditions to the world of social media by offering "indulgences" to followers of Pope Francis' tweets.  The church's granted indulgences reduce the time Catholics believe they will have to spend in purgatory after they have confessed and been absolved of their sins. ... Mindful of the faithful who cannot afford to fly to Brazil, the Vatican's sacred apostolic penitentiary, a court which handles the forgiveness of sins, has also extended the privilege to those following the "rites and pious exercises&

What Does to Depart from the Faith Mean?

As a new believer while I did not buy that garbage from the Arminian view that a person will lose their salvation every time they willfully commit sin, however I believed for some time that a person CAN lose their salvation should they choose to stop believing in Jesus and the return to trusting their own ways like works and so on.  I was quite dead wrong after Scriptural examination that no Christian can stop believing in Christ.  The verse in 1 Timothy 4:1 saying that some will depart from the faith suggests that there is the possibility of people leaving Christianity.  For one, those who believe not are many condemned in the Bible.  Can a true Christian abandon their faith?  While some non-OSAS while they reject the garbage that you lose your salvation every time you stumble in sin as a Christian but you can choose to renounce your faith to return to a life of sin, however one thing must be made sure about the faulty side of believing that a person can renounce their faith. Th

Getting Repentance Right

There has been the big raging battle for repentance. For one, there is the repentance controversy and before I shifted my view to Lordship salvation from easy believist, I simply had to think that some people are severely misrepresenting other preachers who say that sinners must be willing to turn from sin to be saved. The problem these days is that some Independent Fundamental Baptists are sunk into the low level of a wrong definition of repentance that while I am not saying these people are Antinomians but they are prone to embracing false converts as brethren and two, prone to welcoming false pastors as well. In fact the rift between Independent Baptists and Baptists like Paul Washer, John MacArthur, James Lyman and Ray Comfort or their rift from Presbyterianism like Robert Charles Sproul and the late D. James Kennedy. It's just crazy how I admired Charles Haddon Spurgeon but tend to lean on the easy believist side until I reexamined my beliefs like you definitely CANNOT have

The Church of Satan as a Smokescreen

Image
There has been the statement that says, "Every religion has some good except Satanism."  While on the surface it is true but on the light of God's Word, that is a big fat lie.  While it's obvious that the purpose of the Church of Satan is to darken minds but Satan has always more than one way to mislead people.  Remember what Jesus said in Matthew 7:13-14 that broad is the way to destruction meaning there are many ways to destruction.  Looking at it, Anton La Vey the founder of the Church of Satan worldwide is Satan's another method not only to mislead people but into believing the ecumenical lie that every religion is good except Satanism and that if the religion claims to worship God, then it is good.  So what's the problem behind that it could trigger?  Looking at it, think about how the witnessing can go.   So we can have a soulwinner and the lost sinner.  The lost sinner can reply, "Hey don't you dare touch my religion, I'm a (in

Ayatollah Barack Hussein Obama and Ramadan 2013

Image
Just some interesting pictures of Barack Hussein Obama and the Islamization of America... and yup Ramadan started last July 9, 2013, earlier than expected. Ayatollah Barack Obama wishes Muslims a good Ramadan around the world.  Here are some portions of his speech that reveals Islamic infiltration is a very real thing: Thank you, everybody. (Applause.) Please, please have a seat. Good evening, everyone. And welcome to the White House. Of all the freedoms we cherish as Americans, of all the rights that we hold sacred, foremost among them is freedom of religion, the right to worship as we choose. It’s enshrined in the First Amendment of our Constitution — the law of the land, always and forever. It beats in our heart — in the soul of the people who know that our liberty and our equality is endowed by our Creator. And it runs through the history of this house, a place where Americans of many faiths can come together and celebrate their holiest of days — and that incl

Sexual Crimes Much Lesser in the Roman Catholic Church?

I remembered when I newly received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and due to Holy Spirit conviction, I could NO LONGER stand attending Masses every Sunday to the point I was stranded home because my folks HATED the idea that I would be a Baptist who opposed Roman Catholicism. However I was already suspecting that there was MUCH hidden secrets which I was right about when after several years of being grounded and under "house arrest" because I wanted to serve God the right way (I even thought of running away from home), I felt there as really something suspicious: A lot of information has been hidden under the rug and here's what secular media has to say backing up claims of massive sex scandals in the Vatican's history. Here's something from CNN which Bro. Gerry Soliman has revealed in his most recent post at Solutions Finder Apologetics: (Source:  http://edition.cnn.com/2003/US/08/07/vatican.document/) NEW YORK (CNN) -- A 1962 Vatican document

Pastor Paul Washer's Attack on Gospel Ignorance

Image
Pastor Paul Washer, one of my favorite preachers after reexamining him closely and getting rid of the worn out IFB easy doctrine theologians like that of Pastor Steven Anderson, I have realized the truth that many churches today are Gospel ignorant not only in America but also worldwide.  In the ministry, I really am sick and tired of hearing people who water down the Gospel just to increase their church members.  In fact, it has led to countless false conversions evidenced by embracing erroneous doctrine and living sinfully.  What kind of message are we preaching?  Fortunately I ran into this video.  God bless.

Pastor David Cloud REBUKES the Notion of "Born Again Roman Catholic"

Image
Is there such a thing as a born again Roman Catholic?  No there is not.  As you listen to Pastor David Cloud one of my favorite fundamental Baptist teachers (even if Spurgeon.org does have some issues with him), I think he is still one of my favorite expository preachers.  He's got it right on repentance unlike the easy believist message of today.  Please listen.

How Purgatory Becomes a Gold Mine Doctrine

Image
While Roman Catholic apologists laugh at me because I donate my first fruits, I tithe and whatever saying that we Baptists are just conning people what about them? They say that the money paid by people are for the masses for the "poor souls" in Purgatory but the reality is, that's been a very nasty con job that has already been around since the dark ages and STILL CONTINUES until today. This has been a very, very cruel sham that has actually devoured widows' houses and for a pretense make long prayers. So far, here's what I have personally experienced myself: my great-grandfather has been dead for seven decades now and still they are offering masses for him... and in fact the more masses to be said, the higher it is paid. While every centavo I have been paying in tithes and offerings are used for SOULWINNING, CHARITY AND PREACHING THE GOSPEL TO THE LIVING, all these money actually are paid uselessly... it's been the greatest religious Ponzi scheme ever ma

So Catholics Don't Worship Mary? Not According to Roman Catholic "Saint" Alphonsus Liguori!

Here's some devotions from Alphonsus Liguori that actually shows that Roman Catholics do worship Mary even if they just claim, "I don't worship her, I just love her." and that Protestants and Baptists hate Mary.  For one, I don't hate Mary but EVERY false doctrine taught about her because it is misleading people to Hell!  My heart is broken for all the mislead taken from "Devotions in Honor of Our Mother of Perpetual Help" pages 38-39: Come then to my help, dearest Mother, for I recommend myself to thee.   In my hands I place my eternal salvation and to thee do I entrust my soul .   Count me among thy most devoted servants, take me under thy protection and it is enough for me.  For, if thou protect me, dear Mother, I fear nothing not from my sins because tho wilt obtain for me the pardon of them nor from the devils because thou art more powerful than all Hell together nor even Jesus my Judge Himself, because by one prayer from thee He will be appea

The False Gospel of the Our Lady of Medjugorje

Here's the false message of the Our Lady of Medjugorje from "Messages from Heaven" pages 162-164 which should make it clear that the apparitions are NOT from God but rather either Satan in disguise or any of his demonic agents.  So far, here's where Satan pretending to be Mary or any of his agents pretending to be Mary is already preparing the world for the coming Antichrist.  Below are the details paraphrased by me to understand the message behond Medjugorje is SATANIC and not from the Bible.  Before you accuse me again of bigotry, PLEASE READ YOUR BIBLE VERSE BY VERSE! The message can be summarized as follows which is utter BLASPHEMY against our Lord Jesus: Ivanka Ivaonkovic's vision: Religions on the Earth are separated but yet they are all accepted by Jesus Christ. According to her also that Jesus knows that other people and that according to the "Our Lady" people will go to Heaven   according to their good works than the merit in Christ. T

Exposing the "Our Lady of Fatima's Peace Plan From Heaven" with its False Salvation Message

I have no doubt that apparitions do happen in the Bible BUT not all apparitions are from God.  In the Bible any apparition from God is in harmony with God's Word.  The problem with relying on apparitions over the Word of God it can lead to SERIOUS ERROR.  Now here's what according to the "Our Lady of Fatima" with the "seal of approval" from Rome will take a person to Heaven: (taken from pages 22-23) which was also recorded in the book "Messages from Heaven?" pages 159-160 to which I have highlighted important key points to show how contradictory to Scripture the apparition really is: This devotion consists in 1) Going to Confession, 2) receiving Holy Communion, 3) reciting 5 decades of the Rosary, and 4) spending 15 minutes with Our Lady meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary - all with the intention of making reparations to her. The Mediatrix of All Graces has promised at the hour of death, all graces necessary for salvation to those who f

Not All Roman Catholics Agree the Woman in Revelation 12 is Mary

Hubert J. Richards a Roman Catholic priest in his book "What the Spirit Says to the Churches" writes what would be a huge blow to Roman Catholic doctrine.  Here's an excerpt from that book and what he says here is a clash with other Roman Catholics who continue to insist that Mary is the woman in Revelation 12: The vision proper, then, begins with the figure of a woman clothed with the sun and the stars. We think naturally enough of our Lady to whom this description has traditionally been applied. After all, we say, of whom else could John be thinking when he speaks of the mother of the Messiah?  However it is clear from the rest of the chapter that this interpretation will stand only if the verse is isolated: what follows has very little relevance to our Lady.  Nor is it any honor to Mary to apply any and every text to her without thought... Who then is she?  The source to which John has turned for his imagery throughout this book is the Old Testament.   There, the

Sold Their Souls to Satan? They Didn't Need To!

Image
One of the biggest heresies today is that in order to go to Hell, you need to sign a contract with the Devil. But here's the truth, unsaved people don't have to sell their soul to the Devil... they ALREADY belonged to Satan in the first place! That is every member of the Illuminati, Church of Satan, Communist Party, Freemasons, Jesuit Order, Opus Dei, etc. are just as lost as every common criminal that runs loose and can still be saved only if they repent of their sins and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. How can that be said? For one the Bible declares the fall of man in Romans 3:10 by saying, "As it is written, There is none righteous, no not one." That is man is already by nature not basically good and sinful. The moment a person has sinned, innocence is forfeited and the person is bound to Satan. Babies can't go to Hell because they have not sinned but by the moment a person sins like as early as three or four, Satan already has owned that person. Jame

How the "Just Be a Good Person to be Saved" Theology FAILS with God's Standards of Holiness

Image
While watching through Pastor Ray Comfort's videos "Are You a Good Person?" or his other videos that use the Law to expose sin, I felt obliged to also write this article on how the "just be a good person" theology fails with God's standards.  Today it's a very common saying especially with the ecumenical movement as its theology is, "It doesn't matter what religion you practice.  Just be a good person and everything will be alright.  Every religion goes to Heaven except Satanism."  What is very crooked in their theology is that they preach that even Jesus could accept other religions ignoring John 14:6 which says, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life.  No man cometh unto the Father EXCEPT through Me."  What many people are unaware is the truth of the total depravity of man, man in his nature is not basically good.  The problem today is that we are teaching the dangers of liberation theology that says that man is basically g
