Racism Comes with ALL RACES!

Racism is wrong, wrong and wrong and it means to believe one's race is superior over the others giving them the right to treat others as trash.  God did NOT create any race to oppress the other.  The Jews although they were God's people were NOT given any "special treatment" and proof is that, they were told that either by the Lord Jesus Christ to believe that He is the Messiah and trust Him or PERISH many times in the Gospel accounts.  God gives NO special treatment for people who reject Him and His ways!

The truth is that racism comes with ALL RACES.  The most common myth has to be the white men are the only ones racist (such as the Americans, British and the Spanish) but not so true anyway.  Here are OTHER examples of real life racism from non-whites:

  • Black communities try to eliminate the whites (who were NOT the ones who oppressed them) as an act of revenge and gain superiority.  They have reversed the stereotypical view and it's just as wrong as the whites oppressing the blacks.
  • Filipino activists are racist in the sense they discourage foreigners from entering their "glorious country" and that they discourage importation.  Not that we support colonial mentality but it's wrong to discourage importation.  Some of them have played severely cruel jokes on the Chinese community resulting in racist wars.
  • Older Chinese generations get stereotyped for being racist- seeking only the pure Chinese bloodline and that intermarriages are strictly not allowed for the reason of keeping one's Chinese ethnicity.  They have ended up building communities that are very unfriendly to non-Chinese which has greatly caused many to reject the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 
  • Some Chinese men consider non-Chinese women to be sex toys and not human beings.  Well, some have even decided to play around with Caucasian women too!
  • Some Taiwanese businessmen can be very racist towards overseas workers.  Some Filipino workers don't get treated well in Taiwan.  
  • Japan also suffered from the mentality of hatred towards foreigners for some time especially under the era of Ieyasu Tokugawa.  
  • From the Bible- the Egyptians were racist too.  Did anybody forget the Israelite enslavement?  Also several Jews had a bad attitude towards the Gentiles too.  They were all guilty of racism.
Looking at it above, those are just other examples.  One must understand however this fact- God made MAN in His image and that, all men are human beings regardless of color or race and all can be saved.  John 3:16 obviously points God loves ALL races.  God sent His Son not only to die for the Jews but also for the Gentiles.  The Apostle Paul could care less about himself going to the Gentiles, he preached to them anyway! God is willing that anybody who comes to His Son will be saved and those who don't won't (John 3:16-18).

Finally here's something just to show how NOT racist God is.  In the Bible, we do have the following pictures of Gentile redemption in the Old Testament:
  • Asenath an Egyptian's marriage to Joseph.
  • Zipporah an Ethopian's marriage to Moses.  Jethro became essential to helping Moses govern.
  • Rahab a Canaanite's marriage to Salmon.  Note that she was supposed to perish with all the other Canaanites but her conversion to the living God saved her.
  • Ruth a Moabite's marriage to Boaz the kinsman redeemer for the property of her first late husband Mahlon.  Note that Boaz is the son of Rahab and Salmon and that both Ruth and Rahab are parts of the genealogy of Jesus Christ.
  • David's army had Gentiles like in 1 Chronicles 2:4 was a Gibeonite and also Uriah was a Hittite.
  • Nehemiah 7:25 has Gibeonites taking part of Israel's restoration.
