Thinking of Rejecting the Gospel of Jesus Christ? This COULD Be Your Last Chance!!!

What is pretty sad is this- people think they have all the time in the world to the point they are rejecting the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Despite some good examples of dead people like John Lennon's claim of being better than Jesus led to his tragic untimely death, to how some people claim not even God can impeach them died while in office, to how the late Marilyn Monroe two weeks before she died at the young age of 36 said she didn't need Jesus Christ, or to how the Titanic sank after the engineers said that not even God could sink it (How foolish can they get?) still, many people choose to reject the Gospel of Jesus Christ considering every event that is listed to be just "mere coincidence" to these tragic premature deaths.

However God allows things to happen for a reason especially when some wicked are allowed to live longer or are allowed to be cut short, it is God's decision to do so (Ecclesiastes 5:17-19). These unsaved heathens have nobody to blame but themselves when God says that their names are not in the Book of Life- they have heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In fact, in these last days the preaching of the Gospel will get aggressive before the end will come (Matthew 24:14). People will hear the Gospel, revivals will happen in the midst of apostasy, the restoration of proper preaching is rising, America could be headed for a true revival, the Philippines is getting evangelized, China is getting evangelized and one can see how the Gospel is getting preached. In fact, even people who don't believe the Bible are fulfilling prophecy!

The Bible in fact gives a clear picture of the rich fool who thought he had many more years to live, yet in Luke 12:19-20, he was told that tonight his life was required. How tragic can that be- in fact that rich fool could have been the same rich man in Luke 16:19-21 or perhaps the rich young ruler- the Bible does not explicitly say so as they could also be three separate persons. Regardless, it's pretty much of a warning to people who think they have all the time in the world when in fact life can be THAT SHORT especially now that the world conditions are dying. One can see pollution rising, cancer epidemics rising at an alarming rate, people dying from various diseases is no joke of an issue.
It is only fair that the Bible also warns in 2 Corinthians 6:2 that TODAY is the day of salvation, not tomorrow for it can be too late. In James 4:13-14, it says that life can just be very short. In truth, the Bible warns that death is no respecter of age, it can just strike anyone. Talk about how many people die that young, they never had the chance to grow old. It's just quite true- life is really but a nanosecond to eternity. Eternity is forever. Jesus in fact wasted no time evangelizing because He for sure knew that life was that short. In fact, He kept emphasizing on reaching out people. In fact, death has a most uncertain date except for those who do succeed in committing suicide. What is very sad is that some people read their Bibles and yet they can't even cling to the basic truths like Jesus is God, Jesus it the only Way, Jesus is the only Truth, Jesus is the only Savior, Jesus is Lord, only the death and blood of Jesus cleanses from sin, that only the Father knows the time and ate of the end of the world and that today is the best time to REPENT YE AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL!

In the field of evangelism, it can be seen today that many people still continue to reject the Gospel just because they are still young, not knowing death claims both the righteous in Christ and the wicked unsaved at any time. Surprised? Not really. Besides, it's not surprising if Pastor Ray Comfort's show gets mocked and labeled as as a hate show for its stand against sin and preaching the only way to salvation. I've listened to a few of Pastor Paul Washer's sermons on preaching of that it could be your last moment, still some people post bad comments about him on Youtube. The late Pastor Estus Washington Pirkle really spoke of the perils of Hell in "The Burning Hell" yet many make fun of it. Also just think of why some gospel tracts tend to presents premature deaths is because it's a painful truth. What is sad is that some people have received a dozen or more Gospel tracts, read it and throw it away. They do not bother to consider the fact that they are dirty, rotten sinners in need for forgiveness. They do not see the need to receive the Lord Jesus Christ. I just thought that sadly, the persons who I know threw away the Gospel tracts could be on their way to Hell right now! Some people were invited to hear the Gospel of Jesus in a Sunday service yet they have not even accepted the need for salvation. How sad that is a reality that every Christian must expect- they cannot win everyone to the Lord. They could suddenly die in an accident, they could suddenly die while trying to work their way to Heaven, whatever it would be very tragic!

Somebody who got witnessed to by a Baptist Christian replied to the Gospel, "I'll be okay, look I'm religious and I have money. God will extend my life. I pray a lot, I go to church faithfully and never miss a single service, nothing is wrong with me, I'm a good person. I'm still young." However the Bible shows that we are all but unrighteous sinners guilty before God unfit to inherit God's Kingdom (Romans 3:10-19, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10). However the next thing that happened in a matter of a few years while he was at the peak of his career, to that middle-aged man was he soon got hit by cancer at his liver. Soon he only had a few months to live- whether or not he received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior is a serious issue because that would determine his eternal destiny not his religious works. If he did, he would be in Heaven right now like the last entrants in the parable of the vineyard, if not he would be as good as twice dead in the pits of Hell where it was not only his next destination before he died, that place would be his ETERNAL HOME where there will be no means of comfort- no airconditioner, no electric fan, no glass of water, no friends (and Hell is devoid of love)- the rich man had NO comfort not even for a drop of water to cool his tongue. In truth, the issue is not how long you live here on Earth, it's where you will be living forever for eternity- Heaven or Hell, only two options. You are not in Christ, you will go to Hell and burn forever where the worm dies not and the fire is not quenched.

Hebrews 9:27 says, "For as it is appointed unto man ONCE to die but after this the Judgment." meaning there will be no more second chances. Unfair? They had their lifetime to hear the Good News, they rejected it, they can only blame themselves!
