Most People Are Usually More Inconsiderate on Christmas!
It's very easy for some people to hate Christmas. Now not everyone who hates Christmas is an anti-Christian person. Some Christians have their own personal conviction why they don't celebrate Christmas, I don't blame them. I would discuss one of the saddest truths about Christmas is that most people are usually more inconsiderate on Christmas!
Here are some examples to look out for that proves people are more inconsiderate during Christmas:
Road traffic is really bad on December
During December, I cannot deny I hate driving the car during that season. Most of the time, cars are very much bumper to bumper. One of the reasons why traffics are bad is because people have their 13th month pay. It means time to go shopping right? The problem is also people don't plan ahead. It's best to buy the toys before December to avoid the rush. Some people just love the high discounts without thinking of the injuries that can happen during a mall mob.
Using Christmas as a reason to escape blame from misbehavior
I remembered one experience of people who purposely misbehave during Christmas. Some may purposely litter, when a law enforcer comes, they say, "Oh come on, it's Christmas can't you let it slide? It's Christmas!" It's absurd and stupid that just because it's Christmas you allow people to sin all they want?! Some of them even have the audacity to ask you to be nice but they aren't being nice. That's just clear double standard.
Stealing is high on December
It's no surprise that stealing is high during December because of the 13th month pay. If I were an unsaved person, I would probably have committed robbery by now. It means you are paid higher than usual during December. Robbers can use Christmas to justify their robbery for stupid reasons one way or another. Some people even steal from others just so they can celebrate Christmas while ruining another person's Christmas. I can also blame a worldly view of Christmas for the reason why stealing is high on December.
Parents Lying About Santa Claus
This is my biggest irritation every Christmas. Parents will continue to lie to their children about Santa Claus while getting mad their children lie to them. Worse, when their children will lie to them, they can say something like, "Well Santa Claus doesn't like liars, I'm telling the truth." Lying about Santa Claus will never ever be good parenting. It will always be bad parenting and it's not a white lie, it's an outrageous lie. Parents lose their right to complain about their children lying to them because Santa Claus is always a big fat lie (pun intended) no matter what.
