I Hate Homosexuality But NOT The Homosexual!

People always accuse me of hatred because I disagree with them and I tell them the offensive truth. The problem of the "love gospel" or the "tolerant gospel" has always been about accepting error or closet Antinominianism. I am afraid that becoming too intolerant is just as equally misguided as being too tolerant. When I think of Spurgeon.org's bookmark of bad theology, I can agree no more no less than some ministries try to become as cheesy and offensive as possible - it is also not a good approach as those who water down the message as much as possible.
Steven Anderson of Faithful Word Baptist is no different than the homosexual bullies. What amazes me is how Anderson's intolerance against sin is combined with an abrasive personality. He is a highly chaotic individual as evidenced by his own actions. While homosexuals should be called homosexuals and queers should be called queers but hating homosexuals is just idiotic. In fact, I love homosexuals enough to tell them they are lost and they are in need of repentance.

When I think of what Anderson is doing in his anti-homosexual agenda he makes himself no better than the clowns at Westboro Baptist who have not only discredited plenty of credible Vatican exposers but also have called for hating homosexuals. Based on his video admission, Anderson thinks that homosexuals are hopeless and can't be saved. Due to the fact he always takes the Bible OUT OF CONTEXT like in his "Pisseth Against The Wall" sermon, I am not a bit surprised that he really wants all homosexuals dead rather than evangelized. I wonder if he has really read 1 Corinthians 6:11? I suspect he's really just reading 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 but not verse 11. I wonder if he really takes verses that only supports his theology rather than let the Bible correct this theology?

If he actually reads his Bible verse by verse, he will notice that not only in his sermon "Pisseth Against The Wall" really out of context, he will realize that Christians are not called to eradicate but rather to evangelize to homosexuals the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know it's going to be costly considering that Christians may get locked up for the wrong reasons but the Bible does not condone to a bloody murder of homosexuals. If he has read 1 Corinthians 6:11 - not even the homosexual is beyond the life-changing power of God's grace. A homosexual is no different than any other lost sinner. One of my favorite ways to expose self-righteousness is to ask, "Ever told a lie? If you did, then you are no better than the homosexual who lies to the world that he or she is the opposite sex."

I really suggest Pastor Anderson to kindly read his Bible verse by verse, context by context. What he did at the border patrol was uncalled for. Remember that Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego did not show any disrespect for the heathen ruler Nebuchadnezzar and instead, chose to be thrown into the furnace without putting up a fight. Daniel didn't resist arrest after he broke the law of Darius. Esther passed through legal procedures to get Haman punished for the insolence he thought of doing against the Jewish people. When Peter tried to use force, Jesus told the former to put away his dagger. While the Supreme Court of the United States had already approved of every homosexuality friendly law and policy - a Christian may go ahead and protest alone or preach in the open but they should never do anything like deface the Supreme Court with vandalism or pick fights with homosexuals. Instead, Christians are called to endure persecution and remember, the more persecution is delivered, the more the Gospel will grow instead.

Here's a video by Pastor Tim Conway who reveals the testimony of a former homosexual. No homosexual is beyond the saving power of Jesus Christ. Whom God saves, He sanctifies by His grace. Good works of the believer are wrought forth not by any human effort but again, by the grace of God.
