Some Catholic Faith Defenders Still Dare to Deny Pope Francis' Call For Religious Unity

From the time of the Second Vatican Council, it has been time of supposed healing or divisions.  One of the most obvious calls for ecumenism can be seen during the reign of the late John Paul II (now canonized by Pope Francis) or statements by Teresa of Calcutta when she said that there are many religions that serve God in different ways, we must work together and she was also canonized.  The late John Paul II for 25 years had various dialogues on the religious differences together.  The time for "unity" has come and yet many Catholic Faith Defenders have the audacity to deny the ecumenism like how the late John Paul II was openly working with Pentecostal preacher Benny Hinn or as of late, supposed Baptist pastor Rick Warren and Lakewood's pastor Joel Osteen have been working with Pope Francis towards ecumenical unity.

Some Catholic Faith Defenders continue to say that Pope Francis is not calling for religious unity and that it is only the apostate World Council of Churches that promotes the idea of a one world church.  I just wonder if this is all willfully blind behavior that they do whenever the news comes out.  The World Council of Churches has welcomed Pope Francis' encyclical.  Again, isn't the Vatican a one world church in itself?  The Pope sits at the Vatican dictating as if he had the overall right of all Roman Catholics here on Earth.  If various religious groups meeting at various Roman Catholic parishes and doing their rituals there, Pope Francis saying that the Koran and the Bible are the same, the meeting of apostate pastors with the Jesuits in the open then I wonder what is ecumenism for some of those Catholic Faith defenders who continue to deny the Vatican's call for religious unity.

This has created some division in the "Mother Church" that they claim has always been united.  If the Vatican was always united and had no conflicts then the offshoots of Roman Catholicism like the Orthodox churches around the world will not exist.  Some documents in Roman Catholic history even had various religious orders clashing with each other like the Dominicans and the Jesuits.  Based on my observation, I have observed how Roman Catholics have been divided over little issues and they dare deny it.  I guess today's Roman Catholics end up having the schism between anti-ecumenical and pro-ecumenical.  You have Roman Catholics who still insist that they are the one true church and salvation outside Rome is no salvation.  On the other hand, another group of Roman Catholics are pro-ecumenical where they have treated other groups as "separated brethren" instead of heretics.  So much for bragging about their unbreakable unity.
