When God Says No, He Means No
When God says no He means no! Do you know why the world is in a mess right now? It's all because Adam and Eve couldn't follow one simple rule that was to never eat of the tree of the fruit of life. I'd like to imagine it that God may have even put an "Off Limits" sign on it. But Satan himself always finds a way to convince people to break the rules.
God already told Adam and Eve to never eat of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. Either you live with good or with evil. You can't have both good and evil. God clearly wants to protect people so He chooses to provide the knowledge of good. The problem was that by eating from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil that mankind ended up knowing both good and evil than just good. It's obvious that God's Word forbade Adam and Eve from eating from that tree yet Satan starts to twist obvious context. Satan twists the lie first by asking Eve if they weren't allowed to eat of any other tree (which was a lie) all saying that eating of the tree of good and evil will open their eyes. This was the first deception and mankind has been paying ever since for that act. People today would keep breaking rules even when God clearly says no.
The problem today is that we've got people who can't take no for an answer. The problem is that people are hardheaded. You could see that in the daily life. You have people who always show up late instead of the time that was agreed upon. You have people that throw their garbage everywhere which results to the spread of diseases and the clogging of sewage. You have people who turn the public into their own personal toilet spreading their diseases. You have people who don't obey traffic rules resulting to one mishap after the other. These are people who just refuse to follow rules. This is a trait that was passed ever since Adam sinned. Cain was told to bring a proper offering and he didn't bring it. Unfortunately his descendants followed in the same path. Later, we have Noah's son Ham creating an ungodly family. Nimrod would later lead the first rebellion after the worldwide flood.
Even if the Scriptures are clear as day to what God wants to be done but people twist it anyway. It reminds me of how many obviously clear to understand passages of Scripture are misinterpreted by cults out of their context or even from plain, obvious meaning. It makes me wonder how do people read the Bible from their obvious meaning that they have such a severe misinterpretation. A good example is how God clearly forbade the use of graven images for worship in Exodus 20:4-5 yet you have Roman Catholics who have struck it out from their ten commandments in the catechism (while said verse remains in the Bible) and they insist like pagans do that they don't worship the image but they only pray to the one portrayed by the image.
Why are the Scriptures misinterpreted by these people? It's highly possible that they're purposely misinterpreted for one's own convenience. Remember the temptation of Jesus? Satan twisted the Scriptures yet again. Satan misquoted Psalm 91:11 trying to make Jesus sin. If he wasn't trying to make Jesus commit suicide He was trying to make a show off out of Jesus. Jesus could have called the angels to catch Him and show everyone He is the Son of the Most High. If Satan could even dare to misquote Scripture towards the eternal Son of God then it shouldn't be a surprise that many people cherry pick the Scriptures for their own convenience. What's worse is that even when you show them the Scriptures in context they would rather rejoice in their iniquity of misinterpreting Scriptures to keep them convinced that their cults got the Bible right. They would still insist in their error because they only whatever is convenient and not whatever is true.

Genesis 3:1-5
Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
