Actually Cyber Harassment Can Be Considered Psychological Torture

I was thinking that the cybercrime law can be good IF the authorities are not creating a cyber-inquisition law or overdoing it like locking up people for 12 years for writing their ill grievances against the government vs. to that who was guilty of molestation and rape or even murder (which should deserve death penalty).  Again some definition of psychological torture:

"Acts or omissions causing or likely to cause mental or emotional suffering of the victim such as but not limited to intimidation, harassment, stalking, damage to property, public ridicule or humiliation, repeated verbal abuse and marital infidelity. It includes causing or allowing the victim to witness the physical, sexual or psychological abuse of a member of the family to which the victim belongs, or to witness pornography in any form or to witness abusive injury to pets or to unlawful or unwanted deprivation of the right to custody and/or visitation of common children."

Actually I have highlighted SOME very important details as they can be done online.  Some of these cases include writing death threats and harassment letters via email, cyberstalking in the form of hacking their email addresses and social network accounts, writing false stuff about the victim (like what happens to some good Christian men and women who are accused of crimes they did not commit but as said to Christians, just do not mind them and just keep doing what is right and sue only if one is accused of doing a crime that was not committed), impersonation of persons on social networks to destroy their reputation (like how somebody could vandalize the testimony of a good Christian by pretending to be them and doing lewd acts in their name) and even sending lewd and otherwise violent videos via email or any social network account, etc. as they can cause mental or emotional suffering of the victim.

However what's pretty wrong with the proposed "cybercrime law" is that while they are punishing people for voicing out the truth, the government can become a cyber criminal in itself when they do their cyber-inquisition against Christians like stalking people online, monitoring their every move, etc.  I believe that every move of a cyber inquisition is a door closer to 666.  Even so come Lord Jesus!
