Papal Infallibility?

Well tonight a new Pope is about to be elected and well, his unholiness Benedict XVI is about to be replaced.  One head dies, another appears.  In fact Protestant doctrines all over historic Christianity in contrast to today's Protestantism that's mired with ecumenism, Charles Spurgeon one of the greatest historic Baptist preachers have even said that the Popes can't be the head of the Church because they die but Christ who lives forever is the Head of the Church.

Now moving on, why do I say that papal resignation contradicts papal infallibility?  According to the official Catholic website, Papal infallibility means that even if the Pope doesn't enjoy the infallibility trait, he gets to nevertheless proclaim Christ's doctrine infallibly.  This brings a serious error that as one Pope after the other has contradicted Christ's doctrine, some Popes even denied the deity of Christ, others soon made Christ a mama's boy.  Also from EWTN's definition it writes that it cannot happen that the current Pope could bind the faithful in error otherwise it'd be a clear triumph of Hell's gates.  What a contradiction!  It's merely a play of words done by those Catholic apologists to get their heretical doctrine concluded, finalized and "defended".

Really if the Pope was protected by the Holy Spirit to be free from committing error, I've realized these events were happening where history itself contradicts the definitions of Papal Infallibility no matter how many times they rewrite it:
  • Boniface VIII was a homosexual Pope with a lot of wicked charges
  • The scandals of Alexander VI of the Borgia bloodline
  • John XI was the illegitimate son of Pope Sergius III and was  that his Lateran was a BROTHEL and he was in fact guilty of sacrilege, simony, perjury, murder, adultery and incest.
  • For 68 years (1309-1377) Popes resided in Avignon (France) instead of the usual Rome.  When Pope Gregory XI died, the Roman Catholic institution went chaotic and haywire.
  • Urban VI did not recognize Clement VII and vice-versa.  Bishops, priests, theologians and laity even now some who are canonized were even divided in their allegiance.  For example the Jesuits and the Dominicans just can't get along with each other!
  • The abolition and restoration of the Jesuit Order.  Pope Clement XIV if he supposedly was protected by the Holy Spirit in his abolition of the Jesuit Order, he was poisoned by them!
  • Not to mention the Roman Catholic institution for centuries has even had the following doctrines debated upon all because the Pope said so refuting Papal Infalliblity as well as the bogus idea that the Council of Trent is the final authority over Scripture:
    • Rituals and practices were debated upon
    • Gregory I first declared Purgatory in AD 593.
    • Pope John XIII began the baptism of church bells in AD 965.
    • Pope John XV then created the canonization of dead people as "saints" to whoever fitted their standards in AD 995.
    • Transubstantiation defined by Pope Innocent III in AD 1215.
    • Adoration of the water was later added by Pope Honorious III in AD 1220.
    • Longer Creed in place of Apostolic Creed by Pope Pius IV in AD 1560.
    • In AD 610, the title Bishop of Rome was changed to Pope coming from the Latin word "Papa".
    • All about Mary- Whether or not she was sinless.  Then after centuries of debate, Pope Pius IX suddenly declared that Mary was sinless to silence everyone.  Really who is he to add to God's Word?!  This happened in 1854!
    • Pius IX proclaimed the syllabus of errors in AD 1864.  Note that this Syllabus of Errors contained OFFICIAL CONDEMNATION of Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Conscience, and Freedom of Speech.  It also disapproved the Freedom of Press and condemned a LOT Of scientists if their scientific discoveries CONTRADICTED the Vatican affirming the Pope's power over all civil rulers making him an antichrist.
    • Papal Infalliblity "defined" by Pius IX.
    • The assumption of Mary was later defined by Pius XII as major dogma in 1950.
    • Mary proclaimed mother of the Church by Paul VI in 1965.
    • Currently Pope Benedict XVI is to resign, first Pope to do so in 600 years!

Here's what I could comment upon that.  One century after the other, the Pope is clearly NOT guided by the Holy Spirit with one doctrine after the other contradicts the Bible.  Just think of the incredibly long time it took for one doctrine after the other to be "confirmed" when mostly it gets removed and added, which is pretty much showing that Papal infallibility isn't true at all.  Reading the writings of Anthony Pezzotta, former Roman Catholic priest now a born again pastor revealed much.  Spurgeon, Calvin, Knox, Wycliffe, Henry, Wesley, Zwilgi and Luther have all stood against the Pope being an antichrist.  Sadly today many Protestant groups aren't real Christians, just phony ones especially evidenced by how many contemporary Protestant leaders are actually now ecumenical.  In fact this "pastor" Martin Luther King's allegiance with the Jesuits (he was trained by a Jesuit priest!) and his support for the Pope is a very big spit upon Martin Luther triggering the Reformation and ending the Dark Ages!  I could not agree to Billy Graham who now calls the Pope as the center of the Christian world- that is garbage!  And also I openly denounce apostate "Baptist" unions that have kicked out godly preachers like Paul Washer and embraced the Pope!  Woe to them!

Jesus warned in Mark 7:8-9 that they REJECT the Word of God to KEEP their own tradition.  In fact, these Popes are not the successors of Peter, it's not Peter's chair they sit on- it's the CHAIR OF CAIAPHAS in the sense they carry the shameful legacy of the Pharisees and not the honorable legacy of the Apostles!  In fact, Caiaphas was really a major hypocrite to think he could add to the Word of God- same with the Popes who follow in the footsteps of Caiaphas and the the rest of the Pharisees.  It just disturbs me that a lot of Roman Catholics still adhere to Catholic teaching.  Fortunately I've got comrades out there who are former Roman Catholics now Bible believing Christians who have been called out of Babylon.
