No Salvation Without God's Law

Although salvation is not through the Law but there is no salvation without the Law.  Why?  Well here's one verse that can tell the necessity of God's Law.  Galatians 3:24 says, "Wherefore the Law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith."  That is, it was through the Law that the knowledge of salvation by grace through faith is known.  How?  Well here are a few verses about the Law:

Romans 3:19- "Now we know that what things soever the Law saith, it saith to them who are under the Law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God."

1 Timothy 1:8-11- "But we know that the Law is good, if a man use it lawfully; knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, for whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust."

James 2:10-11- "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.  For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law."

By looking at the verses above, there is definitely no doubt that the Law although it does not save anybody from sin, it reveals sin.  God's Law is the very mirror of the very stand of man before a holy and righteous God.  Unless the person realizes that he/she is guilty before God and that even one sin is enough to send him/her to Hell, he/she will reject the need of the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.  Romans 10:3 is clear when it talks about man trying to establish his own righteousness and being ignorant of God's righteousness.  It's through preaching against sin and presenting God's Law that people realize they need the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior.  Sadly the works salvationist take the Law of God so lightly and they set their own morality, still doing what EXACTLY Romans 10:3 is warning about.
