Manny Pacquiao's Conversion: True or False?

Bro. Gerry Soliman of Solutions Finder Apologetics who I wish to soon meet in person has actually raised the issue of rumors that Pacquiao had returned to Roman Catholicism.  The truth of the matter is once saved, always saved.  That is a true Christian remains a true Christian no matter what the circumstances may be by God's grace and true faith in Christ continues by God's grace and not by man's effort.  Anybody who supposedly converted to Christianity but later fell away completely was never saved to begin with (1 John 2:19).  Friends, either you are saved or not and the kind of live you live tells the person you are.  Christians do good works only for God's glory, the works salvationist does it in a vain effort to save himself but fail.  By reading the entry from Bro. Gerry's blog, it looks like Pacquiao had a genuine conversion and not a false one.

I am really annoyed at how dirty Roman Catholic apologists have gotten who now also said that the pastor who preached to him the good news was also converted.  They will always resolve to dirty tactics like making lies about false victories like the dropping of "Truth Encounter" like a hot potato and some are still stubborn to the truth of the Bible.  Guess what?  They will have God to answer on Judgment Day!  I have been aware of those scam tactics that they have to make themselves look more credible.  Then again, the Roman Catholic institution has been built on forgeries and false doctrine for centuries.

Here's what I can say...

I have been friends with Pastor Kent Jesalva for quite some time and I can assure you that he has not converted to the Roman Catholic faith and he is still faithfully the preacher at World in Need Baptist Church.  Pastor Kent evangelized to Manny Pacquiao.  To be honest, I am still praying for the salvation of Aling Dionesia who is a devoted Roman Catholic who refuses to get saved, even blaming Pacquiao getting saved to be the reason of his miseries while ignoring the fact Brian Villoria a devoted Roman Catholic also has his own set of problems to deal with.  I'm just glad that Pacquiao didn't get an easy believism Gospel of "You will feel love, you will feel joy..." but rather some hard preaching.
