The Heresy That Priests Save Souls Unto Salvation Makes Easy, Filthy Money

Priests save souls! How many times have you heard that lie over and over again? It's the same heresy of the Roman Catholic institution who has pretended for centuries to be the true Church founded on 33 A.D. yet it places itself above the Bible. You even have the Roman Catholic saying that Jesus didn't build a Bible but a Church. But the question is by what means do we have the source of authority to dictate Church tradition? Unfortunately, rejecting Sola Scriptura or that the Bible should have the final say in the matters of Church's traditions and doctrines has led to several heresies. Blessed St. Peter never declared himself to be a universal bishop in Acts 2, he never declared himself to save souls nor endorsed his fellow apostles to do so but only preached what could save souls. So why do these arrogant Roman Catholic priests or pharisees even claim now that they also help save souls or that they are even necessary for administering saving grace to lost sinners?

I was thinking that of one of the reasons why the Reformation is important to the Church history is because it exposed the filth of the imposter machinery known as the Roman Catholic institution. She's a church but not the Church founded by Jesus. Where Jesus is there is the catholic or universal Church is a truth but this is not the Roman Catholic church. She had worn a sinister masquerade to claim that she has been the true Church as founded in Matthew 16:16-18 and that this verse supports the Pope's claim of apostolic power. Yet blessed St. Peter had not even claimed such power! He only preached the Gospel and gave references to Scripture. To say that the apostles never had a Bible do lie. True, their Bibles weren't complete but what about the Scriptures? They had copies of the Old Testament and the their writings! Those already compose the Bible of their time and they diligently compiled their writings with the Old Testament Scriptures. So if Rome gave the world the Bible then why did she forbid the world to read it?

How dirty was this doctrine that priests save souls? One of the very things Martin Luther protested was the very sales of indulgences. It was in the Dark Ages when the Bible was even banned from being read. The printing press though invented by a Roman Catholic named Johannes Gutenburg was later condemned in the dark ages. The building of what would soon be cursedly named after blessed St. Peter required lots of money. One of the biggest secrets of Rome was that Johannes Tetzel came up with the idea of indulgences. These indulgences carried the slogan that says, "When a coin in the coffer clings - a soul from Purgatory springs!" This was a call to the faithful who were told that dying in the grace of God wasn't enough but that such people must burn off their sins in Purgatory. People gave money in hopes that dead loved ones in Christ will be purged off their sins and enter Heaven. Worse, people started buying these indulgences to make sure that would either spend less time in Purgatory or to never have to go there! This was really the message that salvation is for sale!

This reminds me of the very instance of how the sacraments don't come cheap or come free. I remembered having to give a certain donation for my first confession. I remembered my parents having to pay for my first communion. Then there's more. You want your child baptized so they will be supposedly "free of original sin" and be "born again" even if they don't have the need to? You have to pay. You want your child to soon enter confirmation? You will have to pay the priest again! You want to get married? Pay the priest again as if paying the civil court for one's marriage license isn't enough! Want to have your last rites? Pay the priest again! When you die then your relatives will have to keep paying the priests again and again. Some of these rites even last for decades - like how I knew someone who was dead for 92 years and yet masses were still said for his eternal repose! So when are the masses for the dead going to end is all I can ask.

The very fear of losing one's eternal soul was indeed a very powerful grip. If you've got your followers believing that you and your fellow religious leaders save souls and others damn it - then you've got a blind army! That's how the Roman Catholic institution fills in such deadly poison. Never doubt the priest or go to Hell for eternity was an effective slogan. The priest alone can perform the eucharistic sacrifice or transubstantiation that without this holy bread you will lose your eternal souls - it was a very effective slogan indeed that got poor ignorant people deceived. Worse, the very idea that you should always trust your priest no matter what (and this has been used to cover up the filth of the Inquisition or to at least say the Roman Catholic institution had nothing to do with it) has made people pay up or go to Hell. If people fear losing their souls then they must pay up to their priests or receive no salvation at all. Yet Jesus Himself asked the rich man to leave everything and follow Him if the latter were to truly keep the whole law by one's self. Yet Lazarus the poor beggar who couldn't afford even an indulgence went to Heaven while the rich man who could buy them all went to Hell!

What's worse is that this heresy has helped the priests to gain more power with the worst of society. I have observed how some religious Roman Catholics are into the most filthy of businesses such as drug dealing and prostitution. However, they could pay the priest to forgive them of what could be considered as "mortal sins" right? They could just confess their sins to a priest, give a donation and sin all over again, right? This has become such as soul damning heresy. Not only has it promoted salvation by works but it has also changed the grace of God into lasciviousness or Antinomianism. After all, all I have to do is to donate to my priest, donate to the parish and I may sin as I please, right? Though Rome doesn't directly state it but that's what the heresy has misrepresented God's grace as a license to sin. Worse, you've got these priests who are more concerned about the sinful men who donate to them tons of money rather than the victims who really need help.
