If Your Jesus Approves of Same Sex Marriage and Abortion Then Your Jesus Isn't the Real Jesus

The trend of the rise of pro-homosexual "Christian" churches or where you have that incident where Alabama "Baptist" Church dared to have a female minister officiate a wedding between two women in their assembly. It was disgusting. The abomination happened not because of Sola Scriptura but because they are ignoring what the Bible says in full about marriage. Worse, Jimmy Carter who claims to be a Baptist would even spew out such dangerous blasphemy that Jesus would approve of homosexuality and abortion. Does he even read his Bible? If so, he's just a false convert who's lived up to his nineties but Hell will be more than hot enough for this degenerate old man unless he repents!

Did Jesus come to abolish the Law? On the contrary - He came to fulfill the Law since no one can fully keep it (James 2:10-11). Here's what He said to His disciples:
Matthew 5:17-19
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I Am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. [18] For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the Law, till all be fulfilled. [19] Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

To say that Jesus would approve of such abominations is utterly blasphemy. What kind of stupid god would give moral laws and later approve people to break them? Sure, God has put an end to the ceremonial laws because they are not moral laws. Christians have the freedom to eat bacon but not the freedom to commit the sins of homosexuality and/or infanticide or any sin condemned in God's moral law code. Anybody who says Jesus would approve of abortion would need to consider that aborting undead children is still infanticide. Anybody who supports abortion is supporting the sins of Herod the Great, Athaliah the Wicked Queen and the Pharaoh at the beginning of the Book of Exodus!

To say that Jesus would approve of homosexuality because He didn't directly speak about it would be committing the fallacy of argument from silence. Mark and Paul never mention the virgin birth in their epistles but it doesn't mean that they don't believe it. Silence doesn't always means approval. Sometimes, silence is done in utter disapproval like a man would be silent because he feels disgust over someone's extramarital affairs.

But do you know what Jesus spoke about marriage? Here's what He said about marriage:
Matthew 19:4-5
And He answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that He which made them at the beginning made them male and female, [5] And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?

Notice that Jesus never said that marriage was between male and female. Same sex marriage was never approved. Also, if He would approve of same sex marriage then why aren't any of the epistles of Paul who preached the Gospel of Jesus approving such sin? You can read it in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 that homosexuality is a fruit of one's degeneracy because one is unsaved. If you're unsaved then you're considered unrighteous. A homosexual is but one of the many people who are fallen from grace and therefore unworthy to enter God's Kingdom. 1 Corinthians 6:11 speaks of the wonderful redemption of the children who were once unworthy to enter God's Kingdom are delivered from such sin. That's why it's crazy to think that anybody can be a Christian and still continuously enjoy the homosexual lifestyle.

Another issue that I'd like to also address is refuting the idea that Jesus would even approve of abortion. I've even heard how only 5% of abortions happen because of rape, incest or the woman's life is in danger. Some pastors think that abortion is only applicable if it was an ectopic or abnormal pregnancy. Most abortions are done out of convenience. One can argue that abortion isn't supposedly offering infants to Moloch or Baal but you can't deny that infanticide is infanticide. Exodus 21:22 says that injuring a womb and causing the child to do away is good as murder. Don't tell me that suddenly that part of the moral law got abolished all because Christians have the right to enjoy bacon and shrimp? No. Murder is still murder because the moral law has not changed one bit! Incest laws in Leviticus 18 are still applicable since it's under the moral law and not the ceremonial law. As said, Jesus came to fulfill the Law and not to destroy it.

It's time to consider. What's your view about God and Jesus? Do you know the Jesus of the Bible? I do. The Jesus of the Bible is the Son of God who came to fulfill the Law and to save men from their sin (Matthew 1:18). 2 Corinthians 5:21 says that He who knew no sin became the sin offering for mankind. It would be a repulsive idea that Jesus should descend from His throne above and to die for sins - only for Him to approve of any sin condemned by the moral law. No, He would be too holy and pure to approve of any sin which is all of them are cosmic treason against the Holy Trinity.
