The Lukewarm Church Hates the Commandment to Execute Righteous Judgment!
Revelation 3:14-20 says:
There is the call for repentance and that's not what the lukewarm church wants. Whenever I reach Revelation in my Bible studies, I always think of what went on with the Laodicean church. Historically, water that reached their city was lukewarm. Lukewarm water doesn't produce a good drink compared to warm water or cold water. Likewise, that city was a city of false converts. Many of the people here were professing to be Christians but they were just false converts.
One of the biggest marks of false conversion is indifference towards good works. One can go ahead and say that they're saved by grace but their lifestyle manifests otherwise. If you're saved by grace, Titus 2:11-14 says that God's grace makes saved people a peculiar people zealous unto good works. I didn't say it. The Bible said it that a saved life results to a changed life. It's absurd to believe that a person can get saved or stay the same. God doesn't leave anyone He saves. Instead, He's there to keep them safe, preserve them and give them the grace to persevere. The perseverance of the saints is not the root but the fruit of salvation.
Many of these Easy "Christianity" churches today would just want to say, "Hey! You're just a fruit inspecting Pharisee!" Excuse me but the Bible tells Christians to judge righteous judgment. Jesus already told people to judge them by the fruits. Matthew 7:18-20 says:
Those followers of Easy "Christianity" may look authentic because they preach salvation by grace through faith but like the deadly conditional security preacher, they pervert it. If one party says good works are required to stay saved rather than evidence of truly being saved, the other says that good works aren't even expected to bear fruit at all. If you're saved by grace then sin can't make you lose it. But it doesn't mean that a person saved by grace lives in sin. A person saved by grace may fall into sin but cannot live sinfully like the rest of the world. Even the most immature believer is can't to live like the rest of the world.
In short, what do the Easy Christians want the other churches to do? Do they want churches to just embrace anyone who claims to be born again even when evidence suggests otherwise? In short, they want to accept anyone as brethren even if there's no evidence of God's working. But the Bible warns again that true faith doesn't leave a person in sin but it saves from from their sinful lifestyle. It's just stupid how they think dead faith is saving faith. If that's their case do they assume expired or fake medicine heals sickness even if it's not real medicine? James 2:14-26 already warns that dead faith can't save yet these fools insist that dead faith can save. Okay, let's challenge them to take expired medications when they're sick and let's see if they get any better. Any fake faith doesn't manifest genuine good works because that faith is a sham. True faith saves a person and produces good works as a result. The good works don't save a person but they're inevitable because one is saved.

And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spuw thee out of My mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me.
